WEEK 0

Prep Week

We’ll set you up for success with meal plans, shopping lists, and a clear roadmap.

WEEKS 1-2

Reset

Two weeks of supplements + an elimination diet designed to support detox, calm inflammation, and support your gut and hormones.

WEEKS 3-4

Reintroduction

Gradually reintroduce foods to identify what works with your body (and what doesn’t). This is where the “aha” moments happen.

WEEKS 5-6

Integration

Transition out of the program with a clear plan for what’s next. We’ll focus on building long-term habits so you don’t just reset, you sustain your results well beyond the 6 weeks.
