Katlyn Tekoppel, MS, RD, CPT

Katlyn is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer in the Denver, CO area. She provides nutrition counseling to individuals in a one-on-one setting and has been successful working with healthy lifestyle changes, weight management, gut health, food sensitivities, autoimmune conditions, and thyroid disorders.

Her nutrition philosophy focuses on achieving results by healing the body from the inside out. Nourishing with whole foods, exercise, and self-care that empower others to take control of their own health. Each approach is made to fit the individual’s body, goals and lifestyle.  

Katlyn helps those who have put their needs on the back burner for too long take the first step. She knows what it’s like to want to make changes but feel weighed down by stress, time, or simply not knowing where to start. She is committed to teaching you how to make yourself a priority, and will provide you the support and accountability to see your goals through… and have fun doing it! She can promise you will never feel alone on this journey.

Katlyn completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University – Bloomington, where she studied Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her Graduate work and Dietetic Internship at Eastern Illinois University. 

Tamra Tompkins - Nutrition Coach

Tamra is a Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel their best through food. She studied holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute, specializing in gut health, nutrition for mental health, and the connection between what we eat and how we feel. With over 15 years of culinary experience as a restaurant chef, she enjoys teaching cooking classes that make healthy eating both practical and enjoyable. Her approach blends science-based nutrition with real-world strategies to create personalized plans that fit your lifestyle and taste.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find her hiking, kayaking, or trail running—usually seeking out new adventures and a great view. Tamra’s goal is to empower you to take charge of your health and thrive, one meal at a time.

Emily Binder - Nutrition Coach

Emily is a Holistic Nutritionist with a life long passion for health & wellness. She earned her certifications from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado. As a bit of a biological science nerd, the curriculum they offer aligns perfectly with Emily’s interests & beliefs. Helping people meet their wellness goals or supporting their bodies through different chronic illnesses is her driving passion.

Emily strongly believes in a holistic approach that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. She is thrilled to be part of the Wellness Labs team, where she can use her experience to empower individuals on their wellness journeys. Emily can provide many nutritional services ranging from hormone & gut health, autoimmune & immune system support, general wellness & weight loss goals.

Outside of work you can find Emily in the mountains of Colorado, whether skiing during the winter or running & participating in trail races during the summer. She likes to “walk the walk” & be an example to her clients & friends to show how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle.
